ABOUT COLEEN:

Colleen Inman is a wellness curator, astrology lifepath guide, author of five yoga books, and the visionary owner of Zenspirations. She is deeply committed to fostering balance and harmony through practices like yoga, meditation, tai chi, and qigon. A proud mother to her two sons, Luca and Miguel, Colleen brings her nurturing spirit and expertise in holistic well-being to her work, helping individuals embrace their unique paths to a zen lifestyle.

 

ABOUT SARA:

Sara Anderson started her training in the martial arts in 1984. What began as a “work out” soon became a passion and she reached the level of first-degree black belt by 1988. She continued her training with many “masters and grand masters from various disciplines”. By 1996, Sara began to study and train in the yogic arts and focused on the healing aspects of her martial training with tai chi and qigong. She became certified in 2006 through the Zen Yoga system and Yoga Alliance and eventually received her 500-hour certification. Both Sara and Master Teacher Colleen Inman took the Zen Yoga program to a new level and graduated their first 200-hour students. In the winter of 2017, she was recognized as a Doh Yi Master from the Doh Yi Headquarters having completed ten thousand hours of training. She is currently a 5th degree Master Teacher registered with the United Martial Art Association of America and has been both teacher and student for over 35 years.
