The most powerful form of Reiki is transmitted during a Reiki Attunement. This amazing Life Force energy moves through your entire being: healing, transforming, opening, balancing and clearing away all that is not serving you.
The Reiki never leaves you and is always assisting you in times of need. Plus, you are able to call on it whenever you choose to offer more of it to yourself and to anyone or anything else. On a scientific level, studies have shown that Reiki increases the white blood cell count, giving a much-needed boost to the immune system. When one gives or receives Reiki, their brain moves into an Alpha state causing a deep relaxation; a state that’s often hard to achieve in our busy Western world.

ABOUT NIA:
Nia began her healing journey in her early 20’s but it wasn’t until she found Reiki at age 30 that her life truly began to transform. During the Reiki attunement ceremony, she had the thought, “Oh, there I am” … and felt a sense of homecoming that would lead to her thinking of her life as, “before and after Reiki.”
She knew that not only had she found what she needed for her own healing, she had found her calling as well. Nia began studying, training and becoming certified in many different healing modalities, and her passion became transformation for herself and others. She is an empath who knows how to hold space for the deepest of traumas to heal, and an amazing teacher of all that she has been trained in and discovered over the years.
Nia loves teaching because it empowers us to know that we are our own greatest healer and teacher. And she loves turning her own shine on more and more, and helping others to do the same.
