About The Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)
Founded by Venant Wong, KAP is a transmission of kundalini/life force energy. In a session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations, but these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
As far as the actual process goes– you’ll lay down on a yoga mat while music is played and the facilitator will touch or press some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it, that’s all that happens on the outside. However, what happens on the inside is a totally different story…
Activated Kundalini may have a profound impact on your well being and bring you back to your center. During this time of great uncertainty, receiving the transmission of the raw life force of Kundalini energy can be a very healing and replenishing experience and can reconnect you with the infinite source of spiritual power. KAP may increase awareness, mental clarity, lower anxiety and/or depression, relieve body aches and/or pains, release stagnant energies and emotions, and access higher frequency vibration.
While laying down on a yoga mat, music is played, and the facilitator will touch different chakra or meridian points on the body.
- Be aware of what you consume before class. Eating light, high vibrational foods like fruits, juices, and smoothies is highly recommended.
- If you are sensitive to sound, especially loud music, please bring ear plugs just in case.
- Please be sure to bring your own refillable water bottle.
- Yoga mats will be provided.
- Bring a journal and pen for jotting down insights during our integration session.
- On the day of class, do your best to refrain from interacting with social media or other media outlets.
- Try your best to keep your distance from those who drain your energy.
Come with zero expectations!
You may feel the energy for the next couple of days. Be aware of any changes within yourself or your behavior. You may become more sensitive and connected to your highest self. It’s important in the following days to be aware of your energy levels and to listen to what your body is telling you. For example, you may need more rest, or crave different foods, dreams can differ, or sleep can become deeper. You may experience more clarity or insight. The after effects vary amongst each individual.
