Hello, and thank you for being here!
Most of us don’t take to Meditation naturally; it’s something that’s learned and practiced, and can easily be put off when life gets too busy, the desire to make the effort isn’t there, or any other reason that the day’s demands might get in the way. I know because I was one of those people. I knew that it was important and very good for one’s overall health and wellness; but, like many, I wasn’t drawn to it like I was to Yoga or other healthy pursuits. It wasn’t until the stresses and concerns of life became so overwhelming, that I took the advice of a friend and sought out Sound Healing. What I experienced was so calming, so profound, and so meaningful, that I knew I had to explore it. My thought at that time was, “I don’t know where I’m going with this, but this is going to be my New Thing”.
Sound Healing is the most beautiful, calming way to drop into the meditative state, and that’s how I began to incorporate it into my life. I describe having a sound bath as “meditation without having to learn how to meditate”. When I went to school and became certified and began to provide sound healing for others, the feedback and experiences that were described to me after sessions were more than I could have ever imagined.
Sound Healing has changed my life. I’ve been able to shed trauma that goes back decades, I’ve become much less reactive to negative or stressful situations, I’ve become more intuitive, much calmer, and so much happier. I have found my purpose, my reason for being here in this lifetime. I love what I do, and that it provides calm and peace and healing to the people I meet.
